Do you weigh the laundry when it is wet?
No, Not at all. We weigh your order AFTER we have washed & dried it.


Where do you provide laundry service?

We service ALL areas of:  Alpharetta, City of Atlanta, Marietta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Kennesaw, Vinings, Buckhead. Woodstock. If you live outside the area, there is a 50 lb minimum charge on all orders, please call us to confirm.

 


Do you do dry cleaning? 

Yes, we have had an overwhelming request by our customers to include Dry cleaning. So we are now offering Dry Cleaning services to our customers.


When do you charge my credit card and how often?

We charge your card every time you have a delivery of laundry.  We will always contact you before the delivery is made to provide you with a final weight and cost. If you decide to use your credit card, your card is then processed before the delivery. You are only charged for the services you received. Nothing more, nothing less.


Is there a fee for pickup or delivery?

No. Pickup & delivery is always free. However, due to the rising cost of fuel, we are enforcing the 10 lb minimum for areas within the service area and 50 lb outside  the service area.


What’s the turn-around time?

You will have your laundry back within 2 working days (Mon-Sat). Example: Pick up on Tuesday will have a Drop off of Thursday before 6pm.


Can I include my bedsheets in the Wash-Dry-Fold service?

Yes, of course.

Does Soapy Suds pick up and deliver to area Hotels and Motels?
Yes we do!!  All you need to do is complete the order form online and place your dirty laundry in a garbage bag or Hotel Laundry bag. Leave it with the front desk or concierge service and advise them that Soapy Suds Laundry Reps will be by to pick it up. Since most business people need their laundry next day, place the next day in the special request section on the order form. If not, the laundry will be neatly returned in 48 hours.


Is there a minimum amount for a pickup?

We have a 10 lb minimum for orders within our pick up area.  If you live a few miles outside our pick up area call or email us- we can make an exception, but do have a 50 lb minimum. Please call or contact us to confirm.

What happens if you attempt to pick up my laundry and it was not prepared?
There is a $10 missed pick up fee. You can cancel your pick up for the week at any time. To avoid any fees, please call or email us by 9:00 am to let us know you won’t have a pick up.


I have sensitive skin and use a special detergent, will you use my detergent?

At Soapy Suds we are proud of our “Legacy of Clean” products. They are Eco friendly and Hypo-Allergenic products that are highly effective, won’t harm the environment and won’t harm people. However, if you wish to send a specific detergent along with your laundry and we will keep it on hand for you future pick-ups. We will let you know when the detergent is running low.

Will my information be private and safe?

Yes, We do everything possible to protect your information and privacy.
